Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.
Label and Ship
Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to our designated returns center using a trackable shipping service.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the unit for functionality and condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
